A soccer trainer does not score the goals, may be he does not even know to do better than his centre forward. The trainer’s job is to enable the player to score goals. When the goal-getter is successful, the trainer did a good job.

What ever we do, we are not doing your job. And we do not pretend to make your job better than you do. You always do it better than we do. In common, we try to find means and ways to enable you to make a good job or to work even better.
